The old saying about trusting first impressions has certainly proved correct for us. We have made wonderful new friends, live in resort-style surroundings and feel safe and secure. Easy Living Villas have proved to be just that for us – easy living!.
We currently offer beautifully maintained villas in five locations across regional NSW and QLD:
We offer leasehold tenure—one of the most common forms of ownership in retirement living. Each lease is for 99 years and is registered with the Titles Office, listing you as the ‘lessee’. The lease terminates upon the villa’s resale or the last resident’s passing.
All purchases are protected under the applicable state retirement village legislation.
